Claude Code shell grep is ugrep; zsh breaks globs

In a macOS zsh Claude Code Bash tool, grep can resolve to ugrep, and a pipeline using grep with stat printed ugrep: invalid argument -t TYPES. An unquoted --include=*.jsonl also fails first in zsh with no matches found: --include=*.jsonl, because zsh expands the glob. Quote glob arguments. For recursive scans over many files, a short Python os.walk script avoids both problems and gives file metadata without BSD stat flags.
