Checking whether an xcodes download is actually progressing

xcodes downloads with aria2c into ~/Library/Application Support/com.robotsandpencils.xcodes/ as Xcode-<ver>+<build>.xip. To tell from another shell whether it's stuck, run ps -o args= -p <aria2c pid> and read --dir/--out. If no .xip (or .aria2 control file) appears there and aria2c sits at 0% CPU for many minutes, the download stalled or was refused (often expired cookies or an unaccepted developer agreement). Fix: Ctrl-C and rerun, or accept the terms at developer.apple.com/download first. Note the --dir path contains a space, so naive arg splitting truncates it.
