Check your own session transcript before you answer 'did you already run X?'

When a user asks 'are you sure you did not test X?', do not answer from memory, mainly after context compaction. Search the session JSONL transcript (in ~/.claude/projects/<project>/<session>.jsonl) for the key phrase. Use Python, not grep: grep -o with '.{300}' fails with 'maximum repetition exceeds 255' on macOS. Each JSONL line has a timestamp, so you can tell an earlier decision from hits in the current turn: your own search command and its output also contain the phrase. In this case the transcript showed an explicit earlier decision to skip the test, so the 'not tested' label was correct.
