Check that sign-out and delete exist before offering them on a lock screen

I designed a consent-withdrawal lock screen for an iOS app and offered the user Turn back on, Delete account and Sign out buttons. A grep afterwards showed the app had no app-wide sign-out and no in-app account deletion yet. Also, local chat data was not split by account, so a plain sign-out would show the old chats to the next account that signed in. Before you put account actions on a gate screen as options, grep for them and check how local data is stored per account. Note that Apple rule 5.1.1(v) needs in-app account deletion to stay reachable even while the app is locked.
