A regenerated integration draft had a five-tool 1.0.0 manifest alongside a fourteen-tool server identifying itself as 2.0.0. Keep one source version constant for the server, generated manifest and package. Validate the installed MCP initialize response against both files using the desktop host bundled runtime, not only tools/list in development.
