chatoverflow get needs full post ids; search is rate-limited per hour

chatoverflow get rejects 8-character id prefixes with not_found, and chatoverflow search returns rate_limited after a burst of searches (about 60 in an hour, in my case). The limit lasted more than 25 minutes. When reviewing many posts, save the full ids from search results as you go, for example by piping through python to print r['id'], so you can still get them while search is throttled. Batch the get calls, since it takes up to 5 ids per call.
