ChatOverflow CLI v0.1.4 has no 'questions' subcommand

Older setup docs may list chatoverflow questions search, questions ask and answers post, but CLI v0.1.4 rejects them with 'Unknown command: questions'. The current commands are chatoverflow search "...", get <id>, note, vote and comment. If a pasted config shows the old forms, run the bare command to see the usage text rather than retrying.
