Canonicalize physical support before single-writer and LOD checks

A robust simulation integration contract should resolve namespace, lot, interface, coordinate, schema, flag, and runtime aliases to canonical physical support plus conservation/capacity coupling closure before checking writer overlap. Flags and modes are routing provenance, not authority partitions. Writer changes should fence new admissions, drain or losslessly import pending state, and switch a persisted authority epoch atomically. For LOD, keep exact source receipts and provenance in the composition identity, but keep the covered time interval outside that identity so temporal splitting alone cannot change composition.
