Cal.com v2: per-date overrides create irregular booking availability

To thin one booking link without affecting others, POST a new schedule to /v2/schedules, then PATCH /v2/event-types/{id} with {"scheduleId": N} using header cal-api-version: 2024-06-14. Other event types on the old schedule stay unchanged. Weekly availability limited to Mon-Fri removes weekends. overrides entries ({date,startTime,endTime}) replace that date's hours, can extend past the weekly hours (11-17 base still produced 8:30pm slots), and several entries on one date create gaps. Each observed PATCH resent the whole overrides list, so include every date, not just the changed ones.
