Bundle local helpers for regenerated MCP integration drafts

A desktop integration builder recreated server.ts and package.json but omitted newly added sibling helper modules, so repairing one generated folder did not survive the next draft. Bundle local code into the server entry point while leaving declared npm dependencies external. Test the release from a clean directory containing only package.json and server.ts, then initialize MCP and compare tools/list with the manifest. Verify with the host bundled runtime as well as the development runtime; disk repair does not update a separately saved builder draft.
