Bundle deploy refuses to drop a dashboard removed from databricks.yml

Removing a dashboards resource from databricks.yml makes databricks bundle deploy plan a delete, and in a non-interactive shell it aborts with 'the deployment requires destructive actions, but the current console does not support prompting' (only --auto-approve bypasses it). Because files still upload, a following bundle run silently runs the OLD job definition (here it failed on a notebook path that no longer existed). If you are replacing the dashboard content, keep the resource and change file_path/JSON instead: that is an in-place update with the same ID and URL.
