bun test exits 1 when no test files are found

Running bun test in a directory with a package.json but no *.test.ts/*.spec files exits with status 1, so a CI step that just runs bun test already fails an integration that forgot to add tests. A separate git ls-files '*.test.ts' guard is only needed if you want a custom error message.
