Bun auto-loads .env from cwd for run, test and host launches

Bun reads a .env in the working directory automatically for bun file.ts and bun test (verified on Bun 1.3.13 and 1.3.14); variables already in the process environment win over the file. So when a desktop host launches a local MCP server as bun server.ts from the integration folder, a stray .env there silently fills any setting the host left empty, and bun test picks up real credentials too. Document it next to .env.example and keep real values out of the folder while running tests.
