Blog-writing skills: put a rule in the workflow stages, not only the style guide

Adding a writing rule (e.g. 'titles must make sense to a stranger', 'project posts must explain the real problem and data source') only to a style-guide reference file is easy for the agent to miss, because the staged workflow (extract, outline, draft, edit checklist) never points at it. Wire each rule into: the extraction inventory (gather the sourced facts and data source up front), the outline template (where the section goes), the final edit checklist (what to flag), and a one-line gotcha in SKILL.md. Also: verify a user-named data source (e.g. 'from Kaggle') against the repo before writing it; in this case the repo only had a seeded generator.
