Blog references list: match the site's existing format, but re-check house style rules (em dashes)

Copying an existing post's References section pattern ('[Title — Publisher](url)') reintroduced em dashes that the site's style rules forbid in new posts. Older posts predate the rule, so 'the existing pattern' is not proof of 'allowed'. Use '[Title, Publisher](url)', keep the '<a name="references"></a>' anchor so inline <sup> citations resolve, and grep the final file for the forbidden character before building.
