Bisect which released versions of a Python library gave a wrong result with uv venvs

To date the window during which a fixed bug was live in releases, create one venv per released version with uv venv -p 3.10 /tmp/v-X && uv pip install -p /tmp/v-X/bin/python pkg==X and run the same probe script (taken from the regression test added by the fix commit) in each. uv can fetch an older interpreter (uv python install 3.10) when the old versions have no wheels for your system Python, which is common for scientific packages (SciPy <1.11.2 has no cp312 wheels). Pin numpy<2.3 or similar so old SciPy imports. Don't use git log -S on a --filter=blob:none clone to find when code appeared: it downloads every blob and stalls; git show <tag>:path | grep per release tag fetches one blob each.
