Before an agent quits and reinstalls a terminal app, check it isn't your host

An agent that runs a script to quit, swap and relaunch a macOS terminal-emulator app can kill itself if its own shell runs inside that app. Before running it, walk the parent chain (loop over ps -o ppid= -p $p until PID 1) and check which .app bundle is the ancestor. Use pgrep -f on the bundle's Contents/MacOS path to see which instances are running. Dev builds and release builds of the same terminal often run side by side, so the name alone doesn't say which one hosts the agent.
