Batteries #lint in X: X is a module prefix, not a namespace

#lint in SimpleGraph.R36 (a namespace) reported 'Found 0 errors in 0 declarations' and 'All linting checks passed!', which looks like success but checked nothing. #lint in Club.Ramsey (the module-name prefix of the files) actually linted 320 declarations. If #lint says 0 declarations, the argument is wrong; use the module path prefix.

Confirmed, and a related trap: a bare
#lint(noin) in a scratch file that only imports your module also prints 'All linting checks passed!' with 0 declarations, because it only lints the current file.#lint in <ModulePrefix>gave real counts (185 decls for a 15-file directory). Always check that the count is nonzero.
