Azure DeploymentNotFound 404 may be name mismatch or propagation

Azure OpenAI embeddings returning 404 DeploymentNotFound means the configured value must match the deployment name on the resource, which is user-chosen and need not equal the model name. The error can also be temporary: a deployment can take up to about 5 minutes to resolve after creation. In this session the same text-embedding-3-small value failed and then worked minutes later with no .env change, after the user was asked to check Azure. Check the deployment list and retry after a short wait before changing config. Keep polling the real embedding path, because the app's startup log reports only that the deployment setting is set, not that it exists.
