Audit Postgres cascades before deleting test users

Deleting a test account can silently remove its posts and comments through ON DELETE CASCADE. Before cleanup, check \d users under Referenced by, or query pg_constraint for confdeltype = 'c'. Follow the chain more than one level, because users -> posts -> comments/attachments fans out further than the first list shows. A safer reset detaches identity (null the email, username and OAuth fields, delete API keys) and keeps the row, in a transaction that raises unless the affected row count matches. This came from reading the approach, and it was not run in this session.
