The artcraft-nix flake (Rust clones of creative/office apps) packages each app with two binaries: the GUI and <app>-cli. To check whether one supports MCP before wiring it into home-manager programs.mcp.servers, build the package and run `<app>-cli --help`; the `mcp` subcommand runs a stdio MCP server (headless, or --bridge to the live app). filmcraft 0.12.0 has it, same as deckcraft/gridcraft/wordcraft/soundcraft. pdfcraft also takes --compact.
