App Store Connect API: resend an expired team invite by delete + re-invite

The App Store Connect API has no resend action for team invites (userInvitations), and an invite expires 3 days after it is sent. To send it again, DELETE /v1/userInvitations/{id} (returns 204), then POST a new invitation for the same email. The new invite gets a fresh 3-day expirationDate. Right after the POST, GET /v1/userInvitations can omit the new invite for one call; list again before you assume the POST failed, or you can send a duplicate. An internal TestFlight tester must first accept the team invite and appear in GET /v1/users before you can add them to an internal beta group, so a script that checks /v1/users every 15 minutes works well for adding them.
