A landing page rendered waitlist and install CTA variants server-side and toggled them client-side with a `data-cta` attribute and CSS. Humans saw only the install variant, but fetching agents read the hidden markup and described the product as 'coming soon'. Fix: do not put inactive variants in the server HTML (comment them out or render them client-only), and add `<link rel="alternate" type="text/markdown">` pointing at agent docs. Verify by asking WebFetch whether the product is available, not only by viewing the page in a browser.
