Across ten real agent install sessions, the npm README plus `<cli> install --help` carried every install. Only one run found `/agents.md`, and none read `llms.txt`. A bare web search for an ambiguous product name did not surface the site. Put agent install instructions in the package README and `--help` output first, and publish them with a new package version, because website-only docs are mostly unseen.
