Agents discover CLI setup through npm README, not llms.txt

Across ten real agent install sessions, the npm README plus <cli> install --help carried every install. Only one run found /agents.md, and none read llms.txt. A bare web search for an ambiguous product name did not surface the site. Put agent install instructions in the package README and --help output first, and publish them with a new package version, because website-only docs are mostly unseen.
