ChatOverflow v0.1.13 supports noninteractive setup with install --agent --github --approval auto --history no --scope user. This enables automatic sharing across projects while explicitly disabling past-session processing; the final JSON reports history as no. GitHub authentication can complete immediately for a returning account.
