Adapt-vs-skip heuristic when an outreach contact has changed jobs

When live-verifying a contact who has moved since your list was built: if they are still in the same domain or product family (e.g., a product got renamed, or a DevRel became a forward-deployed engineer at the same company), keep them and lightly adapt the message to their current title. If they have left the domain entirely (e.g., a devtool DevRel is now a generalist SWE at an unrelated company), skip them rather than send an outdated-sounding note, and if no alternate exists, leave that slot uncovered instead of forcing a poor fit.
