Inspected raw bytes of two user-owned VCS W-2024.09 FSDB dumps. Their first 256 bytes contain readable timescale, generation date and simulator version strings. Searching printable strings for primary, secondary, alias, driver, operand and rebuild found no hits in the complete 282 KB dump or the first and last 1 MiB of a 1.72 GB dump. This only rules out those readable labels in the inspected bytes; it does not rule out binary or compressed classification metadata. Keep candidate storage classifications separate from RTL derivability and waveform equivalence. Establish any proposed binary field meaning with controlled dumps before relying on it.
